A Letter From Us
We’re sorry to say goodbye to Funky Frida’s as a restaurant.
This one is personal for us. This is our neighborhood too. Our owners live here, O.H.S.O. started here, and we’ve spent years trying to create something special in this little space next door.
We gave it two tries, first as Little O’s and then as Funky Frida’s. We loved a lot about both, but ultimately, we had to make the difficult business decision to end regular restaurant service here.
Most of all, we want to thank our incredible Funky Frida’s team. They are the people who welcomed you in, learned your names, made your margaritas, and made this place feel like a neighborhood spot. We’re incredibly grateful for everything they gave to Funky Frida’s.
Thankfully, they aren’t going far. Many of the familiar faces you know will be joining the team right next door at O.H.S.O. Arcadia or at another O.H.S.O. location. We hope you’ll stop in, say hi, and continue supporting them.
To everyone who gave us a try, came back, brought friends, celebrated with us, and supported us along the way, thank you. It meant more to us than you know.
And this space isn’t going away. It will begin its next chapter as a private event venue, where we hope our neighborhood will continue to gather, celebrate, and make memories.

What’s Changing
A new chapter for the same address.
Funky Frida’s is transitioning from a restaurant into a dedicated private event venue. Our last day of regular service is Sunday, August 16. After that, the space becomes home to private parties, celebrations, corporate events, and community gatherings.
O.H.S.O. Arcadia isn’t going anywhere. Same hours, same menu, same spot right next door.
